Heard about their Rose Latte and decided to check it out. I'm a tea drinker but a family member raved about this and it was delicious. Just a hint of sweet, rose flower and a light coffee taste. The staff was very friendly and the baked goods were to die for! The entire restaurant was spotless and the bathroom was well maintained. Will definitely pop in here again when I am in the neighborhood.

My cousin recommended this spot and I finally checked it out over the weekend. The place was busy but still organized, which already impressed me. Ordered pancakes with iced coffee and both arrived faster than expected considering the crowd. The pancakes were soft and not overly sweet, so the syrup didn’t overpower everything. A kid at the next table accidentally dropped utensils and one of the employees handled it kindly instead of looking irritated. Little moments like that usually tell you more about a cafe than the menu does.

This is the first time I’ve been back since their remodel and I was pleasantly surprised with the new menu, drink selection, and plethora of new seating. The drinks were delicious, the food was very good and came out quickly. The staff were kind and accommodating. The only thing I can recommend is to come before 10-11 AM, as it gets very busy and can be difficult to find seating. Some of the seating was a little close together with other tables for my liking, but the decor is a nice modern industrial look. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Service is always friendly quick and efficient. Food and coffee are always on point. They have large portions and the quality and flavor is always consistent. Definitely one of my go to spots.

Love going here every morning. This has become my go to coffe spot in DMV. Everything I have tried on their menu is fresh and delicious. They also make really good coffee which is very important for me, what ever coffee beans they are using it is strong and fresh. The service on top is outstanding.

Really nice café with solid food. I love a good lox bagel, and this one was pretty good! It came with pickled red onions—which isn’t my personal preference—but I did appreciate the fresh dill. My fiancé said the pancakes were decent, and I also got a latte that was really good. Overall, a great spot to grab a quick bite and a nice latte.

Pleasantly surprised with the food, considering it's coffee shop. The salmon bagel wad delicious, and I enjoyed the cup of new England clam chowder. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing.

I can't express enough how obsessed I am with this cafe! When they expanded their place, it looked more cozy and can definitely accommodate groups. I always go here for an early morning coffee and breakfast, sometimes brunch. The coffee selection is amazing, the food serving is generous and very delicious. Bonus: The flambe banana french toast is so gooooood. And pair it with the strawberry smoothie. Delightful way to start a day.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the area! Great for an afternoon coffee stop. They have food options also. Staff is attentive and helpful with answering questions. Drinks are always exactly as they should be. Not all places know how to make a true cortado or macchiato, but the baristas here know!

One of the best things about being in Centreville is how close I am to Cafein The Kitchen! I’ve been frequenting this place since before the renovations to become The Kitchen and the one thing this place is, is consistent! I’ve ordered their Hojicha Latte, Pumpkin Cinnamon Latte, Butterscotch Lattes too many times to count. All done so well every.single.time! My toddler is obsessed with their yogurt and fruit smoothies (very filling and not too sweet!) Their egg sandwich and Honey B sandwich are my go-tos. The banana flambé toast is also veryyy yummy! Fair warning that this place does get very busy and seating fills up fast on the weekends (everyone wants to enjoy Cafein on their weekends!).
